By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Subscription Plans

Monthly/Quarterly Subscription: iceByte.io offers frontend development services on a subscription basis. Subscribers may choose between monthly or quarterly billing cycles.

No Refunds

Non-Refundable Payments: All subscription fees and payments made to iceByte.io are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, whether in full or partial, for any reason, including but not limited to early cancellation, dissatisfaction with the service, or unused portions of your subscription.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and cancellation preferences through your iceByte.io account.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in your stripe customer portal. However, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period. Once you cancel, you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle.

Service Usage

Acceptable Use: Subscribers are expected to use our frontend development services for their intended purpose. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in the termination of your subscription.

Ownership of Source Code

Source Code Ownership: iceByte.io acknowledges that all source code created on the client's behalf during the provision of frontend development services belongs to the client. The client is responsible for all materials provided to us to be incorporated into their project.

Confidentiality

Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep any confidential information exchanged during the provision of services confidential and not disclose it to third parties without the written consent of the other party.

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: iceByte.io provides its services "as-is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or availability of the services. In no event shall iceByte.io be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

Updates: iceByte.io reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify Subscribers of any material changes, and it is your responsibility to review and accept the updated terms.
